Electronic appeals

The procedure for filing and requirements for electronic appeals

Dear Visitor! On our website, an opportunity is presented to citizens, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities to send an electronic appeal to the RUE "Grodno Teachers' Enterprise". To realize this possibility you can by means of heading "Electronic appeals" by filling out forms for electronic appeals (separately for citizens and legal entities) developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «About applications of citizens and legal entities».

An electronic appeal is presented in Belarusian or Russian languages.

An electronic appeal of a citizen must necessarily contain:

  • surname, first name, patronymic or initials of a citizen;
  • Address of the place of residence of the citizen;
  • Statement of the essence of the appeal;
  • citizen e-mail address.

An electronic appeal of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur must necessarily contain:

  • full name of the legal entity;
  • Location of the legal entity;
  • Statement of the essence of the appeal;
  • Surname, first name, patronymic of the person authorized to sign the applications;
  • e-mail address of the legal entity.

Electronic copies of documents confirming their authority must be attached to electronic appeals submitted by the applicants' representatives. Documents may also be attached on the results of the previous examination of appeals and other documents and (or) information necessary for resolving the issues set forth in the appeal.

Electronic appeals are considered no later than 15 days from the date of registration, and requiring additional examination and verification - no later than 1 month.

Responses to electronic appeals are sent electronically to the e-mail address indicated in the electronic appeal or in writing to the address of the place of residence of the citizen or the location of the legal entity in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On applications of citizens and legal entities".

They are left without consideration on the merits of the appeal, which (according to which):

  • Not in Belarusian or Russian languages;
  • Do not contain a surname, own name, patronymic, address of the place of residence (place of stay) of the citizen;
  • Do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, surname, own name, patronymic of the head or a person authorized in accordance with the established procedure to sign appeals (for legal entities);
  • Contain unreadable text;
  • Contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
  • Are subject to review in accordance with the legislation on constitutional legal proceedings, civil, civil procedural, economic procedural, criminal procedural legislation, legislation determining the procedure for the administrative process, legislation on administrative procedures or in accordance with legislative acts established a different procedure for filing and reviewing such appeals;
  • Contain questions that do not fall within the competence of the RUAE "Grodno tribal"
  • Missed the deadline without a good reason;
  • A repeated appeal has been filed if it has already been examined on the merits and does not contain new circumstances relevant to the consideration of the merits;
  • with the applicant, correspondence has been discontinued.

In the event that incoming electronic appeals of similar content from different applicants are of a mass character (more than ten applications), responses to such appeals, upon the decision of the head of a state body or other state organization or a person authorized by him to sign, in the established manner, responses to appeals may be placed on official website of the state body or other state organization in the global computer network Internet without sending responses (notifications) to applicants.

Applicants have the right to withdraw their appeal before considering it on the merits. The withdrawal of an electronic appeal is made by submitting a written application or sending the application in electronic form in the same way as the electronic appeal was sent.
